The extensive stone walls of the Manor House create a truly historic backdrop to the holiday home site. One of the Manor House Leisure Village owners(British), lives on site and runs and maintains the site throughout the year. Being an ex-restauranteur, he is interested in providing a broad and high quality selection of foods and menus as well as ensuring holiday home owners are properly looked after.

Besides selling holiday homes, the UK business also run a number of their own holiday home parks and provide customer services to over 50 holiday home parks in the UK. They plan to develop the Manor House Leisure Village to be a leading and quality resort in this area of the Costa Blanca. The majority of holiday homes on the site have been purchased by English owners and transported from the UK. Following transportation, the mobile homes are positioned on a plot and commissioned ready to occupy.

Site Layout
The site has been mapped out to give holiday home owners a space in which they can holiday and relax. The site has an all year round holiday home license, meaning you cannot live here, but you can holiday 52 weeks of the year.
The Manor House wants its owners to enjoy their plots as they wish. It’s your home from home! Each holiday home plot has a ‘rocket’ conifer hedging border to provide privacy and separation. Within your boundary area, owners are free to customise the plot to their own style as long as they fall within the park rules and do not interfere with other owners and the overall appearance of the site. Each holiday home is commissioned with full services including waste disposal, water supply, 240v electricity, Sky TV service and optional Gas Bottle. For those who wish to own, or hire, a car whilst at the resort, car parking is on site or within your plot, further help will be given at reception. Owners are free to use the full resort and facilities as they wish. Services are operated from dawn ‘til late and trips and rentals can be arranged by reception. |

Choosing a Mobile HomeThe second part of the purchase process is in England and run by Skegness Caravan Sales.
They will help you select a holiday home and once selected they will organize for it to be transported to the resort, often accompanied by any items that you would like to have transported across, ranging from TV’s to patio furniture and decks.
