If you are thinking of owning your own place in the sun in the beautiful Spanish countryside, whether for holidays or retirement breaks, then the perfect solution is for you to join us for an inspection visit. An inspection trip to the Manor House is probably the most important part of your future with us. 

For you to invest your time in making the trip, we assume that you have already decided in principle to buy a holiday home in Spain or somewhere abroad. This part is where we show you our resort and the surrounding area to ensure you are happy with the location and facilities and if you wish, for you to select a plot. Your choice of holiday home can be decided later from the UK.

Price £250 per person per night (fully refundable if you decide to purchase).

For this price we will provide:

• Assistance with arranging return flights to Spain from any viable UK airport. 
• Meet you at the Spanish airport and provide transport both ways. (Airport to the Manor House.) 
• Bed and breakfast accommodation at the Manor House resort for the duration of your stay. 
• Complimentary tea / coffee at the Manor House  throughout your stay.
• A guide to assist and show you around the Manor House and the local area for the duration of your trip.

Note: You will need to pay for your own flights to Spain.

Visits tailored for you 
Our inspection visits are tailored for you and cover your visit to the The Manor House Leisure Village. We recommend staying a minimum of two nights and we can arrange this for you.

Relaxed and pressure free
Our relaxed and pressure-free inspection trips are tailored for your personal needs. You will have access to one of the owners (who own the property) or one of our knowledgeable onsite staff to show you the Manor House resort and the surrounding area. Normally one to two days is sufficient to cover resort viewings and the surrounding Pinoso area. You will not be asked for money or buying commitments.
