The Manor House Leisure Village Charges

Once you have purchased your holiday home, you can look forward to enjoying all the services offered on the resort with only a few extra expenses:

ZERO COST holiday homes site fees for the first year.
  • Site fees are 230Euro per month. (annual equivalent 2700 Euro) after the first year
  • Site fees are guaranteed not to change for at least 2 years from date of purchase.
  • New holiday homes have the first full 12 months site fees included in the original purchase price

This annual site fee includes: ·  
  • Water
  • IVA
  • Sky TV
  • rubbish collection
  • site maintenance
  • car parking
  • groundwork maintenance
  • ongoing resort development
  • the use of all onsite facilities and services except where an event has a supplementary charge.

Extra Charges

There are a limited amount of extra charges, but for completeness the following are noted:
  • Metered Electricity: £0.30 per KWhour, invoiced 6 monthly (rates set by local supply rates)
  • Gas bottles can be purchased locally and are the consumers responsibility
  • Restaurant food, drinks and chargeable events and occasions
  • Onsite classes such as Art Classes, Language Lessons etc.

Renting, Selling or Sub Letting your Holiday Home.
The owners of all onsite mobile holiday homes are allowed to rent out their homes throughout the season. 
Reception will be happy to offer your holiday home to the wider market if you desire. 

Selling Your Holiday Home: If for some reason you decide to sell your holiday home, there is a 2,500Euro or 20% of sale fee payable to the park.

Insurance

 We advise all our home owners to take out their own insurance policies. This falls into a number of areas:
  1.      Home insurance: A policy should be taken out to cover the holiday home and any valuable contents.
  2.      Personal Insurance: Although an EHIC (E111) card will cover lots of items, any medical or accident repatriation required will not be covered. We advise that each member is covered for the duration of their stay. It may be easiest to take out a policy with a UK Insurer.
